To comprehensively consider and study the seismic performance of self-center mortise-tenon segmental pier, its vulnerability under earthquake is evaluated. The reliability model verified by comparing cyclic pseudo-static test results with finite element models. used as basis for analysis. Taking maximum displacement pier top a damage index.
